Your research and your privacy choices.
This notice describes the data handled by PARCIC’s current product and the optional Google services used on public pages.
Property searches and saved studies
The address, parcel identifier, coordinates and selected jurisdiction are used to request property information from the relevant search and public-record services. Those services may receive the query needed to return their records. Public-source links you open are governed by the receiving site’s privacy practices.
When you save a study, PARCIC stores its property evidence, assumptions, calculations, notes and version history with your workspace. Workspace membership and any sharing links you create determine who can access the saved material. Avoid putting confidential personal or financial information in research notes or coverage requests.
Accounts, payments and operational records
Account records include the identity and email used to sign in, workspace membership and security information required to manage access. If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles that authentication and supplies the permitted identity information.
When a payment option is available, the selected payment provider processes the payment information it requests. PARCIC retains transaction references, plan or order details and payment status for account access, reconciliation and support. A public property example does not contain private customer or payment records.
Infrastructure and service logs can include request, error, security and network information used to operate the service and investigate failures or abuse. Saved studies, account records and audit history are separate from optional advertising consent; withdrawing that consent does not delete these records.
Optional usage measurement
With analytics permission, PARCIC records public-page visits and journey events such as search outcomes, registration and checkout activity. Campaign labels and device category help distinguish traffic sources. First-party acquisition events use an anonymous session reference; the collection process prunes events older than 30 days in bounded batches.
Google measurement receives approved public-page categories and conversion events. Property addresses, private study contents, email addresses and workspace identifiers are excluded from that measurement payload. Purchase measurement is a separate choice and may include plan, amount, currency and an anonymous transaction reference.
Google advertising and third-party cookies
After optional advertising consent, selected public editorial pages may load Google AdSense. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to serve ads using visits across sites.
PARCIC requests non-personalized ads and does not enable advertising personalization in its measurement configuration. Non-personalized ads may still use cookies for delivery, frequency limits and fraud prevention. Where additional regional consent is required, ad requests remain paused until the applicable Google consent signal is available.
Learn how Google uses information from partner sites and see Google’s privacy policy. You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center or participating vendors through YourAdChoices. These external preferences are separate from PARCIC’s own consent controls.
Browser storage and your choices
Essential cookies support authentication, security and request continuity. Browser storage also keeps privacy choices and navigation state such as the study you last opened. A guest coverage request can set a dedicated cookie; the request is stored for up to 180 days as disclosed on its form.
Use “Essential only” to decline optional analytics and ads. In Privacy preferences, analytics, purchase measurement and advertising can be controlled separately. Recognized browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable these optional integrations. Withdrawing consent reloads a page if an ad script has already executed.
Clearing browser storage removes local choices and navigation state; it does not remove saved workspace data. Manage account credentials in Account security and workspace access in Team & settings.
