What the coverage numbers mean

Geographic records come from the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2026 Gazetteer files. Cities include statistical places; county subdivisions can be statistical areas. These records identify locations, not development rights.

A connected jurisdiction has a parcel research adapter. Its source must still respond, match the property and pass boundary checks. A verified publisher establishes who published a source; it does not validate the rules inside it.
